Job description
MW Fasteners in Fairfield, NJ is seeking an Internal Sales and Business Development Lead to build strategic customer partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand spend with the location. You will collaborate with the Sales Team and cross-functional groups to identify opportunities, coordinate quoting, and manage delivery requirements.
This role requires ~25% travel to customer sites, industry events, and MW facilities.
