Job description
Paycom - ATS is seeking an Infrastructure and Operations leader to drive the enterprise IT strategy, oversee daily system operations, and ensure security and compliance across all environments. You will manage a team and coordinate with vendors to deliver on-time changes and strategic initiatives.
The role requires 6+ years in IT with 2+ years in management, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Texas-based travel may be required.
