Job description
The Salvation Army Learning and Development Manager leads strategic learning, training, and professional development across the Western Territory, designing mission-aligned programs that equip TSA leadership and staff to fulfill the organization’s mission.
The role requires expertise in instructional design, leadership development, and partnered work with senior leaders across multiple sites. Travel throughout the Western Territory and a valid driver’s license are expected.
