Charter Communications is seeking a Labor Relations Director to develop strategies that keep a productive workforce across Spectrum's footprint. You will partner with leaders and frontline employees to address labor issues and foster a proactive culture.
The role requires 5+ years in labor relations, including organizing campaigns, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Expect 50-75% travel in a dynamic, large-scale environment.
