Job description
Clarios is seeking a Senior Manager of Labor Relations to strengthen direct relationships between the company and frontline employees. You will lead negotiations, design labor programs, and provide strategic HR guidance across sites to promote engagement and operational effectiveness.
The role requires 5+ years in HR/Labor Relations, strong knowledge of NLRA, and the ability to travel ~50% to Clarios facilities. A Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced degrees preferred.
