Job description
92nd Street Y (Flying Dolphins Swim) is seeking an Associate Director of Competitive Swimming to lead coaching efforts with a strong focus on safety, skill development, and team growth. You will manage daily program operations, oversee the Age Group program, and guide a team of assistant coaches while driving store sales and brand presence.
