Job description
Democracy Fund in Washington, DC seeks an Associate Director, Elections & Voting, Special Projects to advance an equitable, accessible elections system. Reporting to the Senior Program Director, you will lead a growing team, strengthen grantmaking processes, enhance internal communications, and manage a portfolio of special projects.
You will collaborate with other programs and partners to expand donor education on election-related priorities and to grow impact across the elections ecosystem
