Job description
Fidelity Investments is seeking a Director-level expert in DB2 for z/OS performance and capacity to lead end-to-end analysis for its large mainframe environment. You will model workload, tune buffer pools, and optimize WLM, delivering executive-ready recommendations on cost and resiliency.
You will partner with CICS, MQ, storage, and cloud-to-mainframe initiatives, translating complex data into clear business actions and guiding multi-team efforts during major initiatives and incidents.
