Job description
University Health seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee clinical direction and administration across our dialysis programs. You will partner with Medical Directors to plan growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide high-quality patient care across renal clinics, inpatient, outpatient hemodialysis, home dialysis, and jail dialysis services.
Ideal candidates hold a nursing degree with RN licensure, 3+ years in dialysis leadership, and strong leadership plus bilingual
