Job description
Omnicell is seeking a Senior Director to design and run the integrated Sales Operating System for Health Systems Sales, driving productivity, discipline, and predictability across the commercial organization.
You will translate strategy into an operating model, partner with Finance, Contracts, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Services, and IT, and lead three core direct-report functions to scale planning, enablement, and execution.
