Job description
Bodycote in Cranston, RI seeks a General Manager to oversee heat treat plants, drive safety, quality, on‑time delivery, and P&L performance. You will lead staffing, budgeting, and cross‑functional coordination to achieve strategic goals set by upper management.
You will guide growth initiatives, develop talent, and deploy continuous improvement using Six Sigma and lean methodologies to enhance safety, capacity and overall business performance.
