Sanofi is seeking an Associate Director for Leadership Excellence & Customer‑Facing Skills in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ. You will lead leadership development and customer‑facing skills, partnering with Senior Field leadership, People & Culture, and Global Commercial Training to build enterprise capabilities and drive results.
The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech with 2+ years in 1st line leadership, plus expertise in learning design, AI utilization, and program management.
