Job description
Allen Matkins seeks a Director of Legal Recruiting to drive campus and lateral hiring across offices. You will partner with the Chief Recruiting & Professional Development Officer to build and run strategic programs, develop engagement with target law schools, and manage the summer associate program from structure to outcomes.
You will lead a recruiting team, align with practice groups, and oversee offer strategies while tracking metrics for continuous improvement.
