Job description
Empower is seeking a Senior Director of Workplace Planning & Advice to lead end-to-end advice delivery and participant engagement for a growing organization in Colorado. You will oversee asset retention, satisfaction, and advisory implementation across foundations, core planning, and advanced outcomes.
You will set consistent KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Wealth teams to drive growth and cohesive culture across leadership levels.
