Intuit, Inc. seeks a Senior Capability Partner who bridges business strategy and learning impact in San Diego.
You will translate ambiguous demand signals into prioritized, measurable learning investments that move the needle on performance and growth. This role reports to senior business leaders, owns the demand-to-delivery relationship, and ensures every learning investment lands on time and to the quality bar expected by executives.
