Job description
SDK Apartments is seeking an Associate Director of Leasing & Marketing to drive occupancy, revenue growth and brand visibility across the portfolio. This role collaborates with senior leadership to implement strategic leasing and marketing programs and to optimize performance.
The position is based in Ridgewood, NJ with regular travel across the portfolio, and requires leading a high-performing leasing team while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws.
