Job description
The Antwi Group is seeking a Director / Manager of Legal & Business Affairs to lead the organization’s legal and business-affairs function. You will work closely with Executive Leadership to oversee contracts, corporate transactions, IP, licensing, and entertainment agreements across the company.
The role requires excellent legal judgment, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with executives and departments to balance risk with growth objectives.
