Job description
Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in the New York area to lead full life cycle recruitment for legal and professional staff.
You will partner with hiring managers, HR Partners and leadership to define needs, source candidates, screen resumes, interview, and present qualified candidates for offers. You will build and maintain candidate pipelines, stay abreast of market trends in the legal industry, and ensure a compliant, efficient process.
