Bank of America is seeking an Analyst for the Leveraged Acquisition Finance team in New York. The role involves underwriting, credit analysis, and executing event-driven leveraged finance transactions for the firm's $25 billion private credit strategy.
You will build LBO and DCF models, conduct due diligence with sponsors and corporate clients, and collaborate with risk, ratings, and capital markets teams to close live deals. Strong financial modeling and communication skills required.
