Job description
Roku is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Litigation to join our Legal team. This role owns Roku’s non-IP litigation portfolio—consumer class actions, commercial disputes, and government investigations—with a focus on privacy‑related matters across devices, streaming, and ads.
You will lead disputes end‑to‑end, shape strategy, supervise outside counsel, and decide when to fight, settle, or escape. The position reports to senior legal leadership in a fast‑growing tech company.
