Job description
ImOn Communications in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a dynamic Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead corporate development and M&A activities. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and drive successful integrations that strengthen market position and expansion.
The role requires 12+ years in business development or M&A, a Bachelor's (MBA preferred), and proven ability to lead complex transactions in private equity environments.
