Job description
Carson Wealth is seeking a Director, Mergers & Acquisitions to lead tuck-in acquisitions for advisors joining Carson. You will oversee end-to-end deal execution from evaluation to onboarding, develop financial models, and structure transactions aligned with strategic goals.
The role requires at least five years in M&A or related financial services, strong modeling and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across locations.
