Job description
Cain Watters & Associates seeks a Senior Director / Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions to build meaningful relationships with 7 Pillars clients and partner entities. You will lead Discovery, Engagement, Marketing, and Legacy phases and tailor offerings to each client’s goals.
You will prepare financial models and cash flow projections, present options, and negotiate with potential partners while maintaining ongoing client and buyer relationships.
