Job description
FactSet, a leading data and software provider, seeks a seasoned Head of Corporate Development in Norwalk, CT. You will lead end-to-end M&A, strategic investments and partnerships, reporting to the CFO and guiding a lean, high-impact team to drive inorganic growth and value realization.
You will shape the inorganic roadmap, analyze potential transactions, and lead cross-functional teams to execute acquisitions and minority investments while interacting with the board and executives.
