Job description
TKDA seeks a strategic leader to drive growth through acquisitions, identifying opportunities, evaluating targets, and leading deal execution. The role partners with the CEO and executives to shape long-term growth in architecture, engineering, and consulting services.
The Head of Corporate Development & Acquisitions will build a robust acquisition pipeline, perform market research, and manage due diligence and integration activities across the deal lifecycle.
