Job description
Labs is seeking a senior leader to oversee mergers & acquisitions and corporate development in Santa Monica. You will evaluate, structure, negotiate, and integrate deals that expand Frontier Intelligences, in partnership with Labsacquire.
Lead inorganic growth initiatives, own valuation and negotiation, run diligence, shepherd deals to close with founders, and drive post-close integration into the Labs ecosystem.
