Job description
Marlborough School in Los Angeles, CA seeks an innovative Associate Director of Major and Planned Gifts to lead frontline fundraising with an entrepreneurial mindset. This full-time exempt role reports to the Director of Advancement and focuses on cultivating donors at the $25,000+ level, including six- and seven-figure gifts.
You will develop strategies, multi-year plans, and engage alumnae, families, trustees, and friends, partnering with School leaders to expand major and planned giving
