Job description
KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager in Financial Due Diligence for our Deal Advisory practice in Chicago. You will lead buy-side and sell-side engagements, coordinate with clients and third-party diligence providers, and analyze targets to assess earnings quality and risks that affect valuation.
The role requires strong communication skills, project leadership, and the ability to travel as needed. It is based in the U.S. without visa sponsorship at this time.
