Job description
Sargento seeks a Marketing & Innovation Manager to lead development and execution of innovation initiatives and marketing campaigns, driving annual operating plan profit and volume. This role acts as general manager for assigned innovation and marketing plans, providing thought leadership and influencing action across teams in Plymouth, WI.
You will oversee Customer Innovation Sessions, collaborate with Sales, Insights, R&D and Culinary teams, and monitor trends to inform programs.
