Laramar is seeking an experienced Multifamily Portfolio Operations Partner to join our team in the United States. This role partners with Community Managers to optimize the financial and operational performance of an assigned portfolio of affordable housing communities, ensuring compliance and timely reporting across multiple properties.
The position requires 3+ years in affordable housing property management, certification in industry programs, and proficiency with Yardi/Entrata/RealPage plus
