Job description
Smurfit Westrock in the United States seeks a multisite HR Business Partner to provide day-to-day HR support to the Montgomery, AL facility and adjacent sites, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance and talent management.
This role partners with operations leaders to drive continuous improvement of HR services, ensures compliance with federal/state laws, and contributes to safety and inclusion initiatives; travel to sites as needed.
