Job description
Ontario County’s County Attorney’s Office seeks an Assistant County Attorney to counsel the Board of Supervisors, the County Administrator, and county departments. The role covers civil actions, family court matters, contracts, labor relations, and policy work.
A JD and NYS admission are required; 0–5 years experience. Starting pay is $102,779 for new associates or $121,299 for experienced attorneys, with potential step increases and a comprehensive benefits package.
