Job description
The Village of Estero is seeking a Finance Director who will serve as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing budgeting, debt management, and financial reporting for a lean municipality. You will lead strategic planning, internal controls, and public communications with elected officials and residents.
Reporting to the Village Manager, you will shape long-term financial strategy, manage procurement and grants, and ensure transparency under Florida’s Government in the Sunshine laws.
