Job description
The City of Morgantown is seeking a strategic Finance Director to balance day-to-day financial operations with long-term planning. Reporting to the City Manager, you will lead a nine-person finance team and guide budgeting, cash management, debt administration, and internal controls.
The ideal candidate has extensive governmental finance experience, GAAP and GASB knowledge, and strong communication skills to present financial information to elected officials, staff, and the public.
