A national multidisciplinary AEC firm is seeking a National Pursuit Leader to enhance its strategic pursuits and market presence. This role requires over 15 years of experience in the AEC industry, leading pursuits valued over $500M, and strong leadership skills. You will drive the sales and marketing efforts for major projects and work collaboratively with internal teams to establish innovative strategies. The position offers a competitive salary range between $207,685.75 - $259,607.18 and an array of benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) plans.
