Job description
Motive Workforce is seeking a Business Development leader to forge relationships with premium home retailers and national accounts. You will identify opportunities with major players like Pottery Barn and Williams-Sonoma, and drive the launch of a new patented lighting technology into U.S. retail channels.
Lead strategic partnerships, pricing discussions, and go-to-market planning, while traveling ~20% for customer meetings and industry events to grow the business from the ground up.
