Job description
Airgas in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Director of New Business Development to shift to a vertical sales architecture, drive acquisition ROI, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
You will manage tactical sales execution, partner with AVPs, and protect NBDs from firefighting while closing PSAs and expanding new customer relationships.
Lead with strategic planning, market awareness, and cross-team collaboration to achieve aggressive growth targets and sustainable profitability for Airgas.
