Job description
YWCA Greater Los Angeles is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to guide the organization's financial health and sustainability. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting, partnering with the CEO and Board to drive equity-centered outcomes and strengthen operations across programs and facilities.
The role requires strong leadership, nonprofit accounting standards compliance, and the ability to mentor teams.
