Job description
Employment Horizons, Inc. in Cedar Knolls, NJ, seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial planning, reporting, and controls for a nonprofit organization with a multi-site model and diverse funding streams.
The CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, and financial operations, partnering with the CEO and Board to secure long-term sustainability and strategic growth. A BA/BS and 5+ years in nonprofit finance (MBA/CPA preferred) are required.
