Job description
Renaissance Social Services in Chicago is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial operations and ensure the organization's fiscal health. The CFO will provide strategic leadership, manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while supervising the finance team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 10–15 years of experience in financial leadership, preferably in a nonprofit environment. This position offers a starting salary of $125,000 to $140,000 annually.
