Job description
Lantern Community Services seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, reporting, and compliance for a nonprofit with government contract funding. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and risk management while guiding the finance team and reporting to the Executive Director.
The role requires deep GAAP knowledge for not-for-profit entities, experience with federal, state, and city funding, and strong leadership abilities in a mission-driven organization.
