Job description
United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Arizona (UCPSA) is seeking a results-oriented Chief Financial Officer to join its executive team in Tucson. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure fiscal integrity, compliance, and transparency across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring 7–10+ years of nonprofit finance leadership, expertise in GAAP and audits, and hands-on experience with budgeting, cash flow, and 401(k) plan administration.
