Job description
Utah Community Action is seeking an experienced Development Director to lead fundraising efforts, guide donor and grant development, and strengthen the organization's fundraising strategy to sustain life-changing programs across Utah.
The role requires nonprofit fundraising expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to supervise the Development Team. Bachelor's degree is required; master's degree preferred.
