Job description
Signature HealthCARE at Colonial Rehab & Wellness Center, a 69-bed facility, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing who is detail oriented, organized, and knowledgeable about policies and governmental regulations. This role supports the DON and helps ensure quality care.
You will manage administrative areas within the Nursing Department and delegate duties to Charge Nurses and Supervisors while maintaining compliance with regulations.
