Job description
Central Louisiana Surgical Hospital seeks a seasoned Quality Management Leader to oversee quality assessment, performance improvement and risk management activities. You will integrate QAPI with risk programs, serve as the Management Representative for the QMS, and report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
The role requires RN licensure in Louisiana (or a compact state), a BSN, and at least five years in risk/quality. Experience with education programs and regulatory standards is essential.
