Job description
The Director, Nursing Services is accountable for the overall administration of the department in order to meet the objectives of the hospital through planning, organizing, executing and evaluating the nursing care provided for patients in the hospital.
The role leads staffing, budgeting, policy development, quality improvement and collaboration with medical staff to ensure safe, effective patient care across all nursing units and to support professional growth and clinical competency.
