Job description
The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact, aligning with the client’s objectives and driving a collaborative partnership. You will oversee strategic evolution of programs, manage daily recruitment activities, and ensure KPI/ SLA alignment to deliver client value.
You will lead relationship-building with client contacts, present quarterly reviews, and drive retention while maximizing fill rates and customer satisfaction.
