Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact across Adecco programs. You will align with the client’s objectives, lead daily recruitment activities, and drive ongoing program success.
You will build strong relationships with HR and operations, present regular business reviews, manage KPI/SLA performance, and position teams for future growth. This role requires leadership, strategic insight, and a proven ability to deliver high client satisfaction.
