Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and drive the strategic evolution of client programs in the United States. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and foster a collaborative partnership aligned with the client’s business objectives.
You will lead recruitment teams, grow and retain accounts, and position Adecco as a trusted workforce solutions partner.
