Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs. You will lead recruitment activities, manage KPIs, and build strong partnerships with client HR and Operations teams to drive growth and retention.
You will also partner with clients to define strategic objectives, monitor performance, and ensure service excellence across temporary and permanent placements. This role emphasizes relationship-building, process optimization, and value delivery.
